Pear & Cinnamon wine jelly

The pears are grown in our backyard. And who said pears don't grow in North Dakota?  After the first frost the sweetness comes through... and then add a little cinnamon and it creates a household favorite. 
During the cooking process of the pears, we add a bit
of Moscato wine. The alcohol boils off, but this process enhances the pear flavor.
This is what makes our jellies taste amazing!

Ingredients: pears, cinnamon, sugar, Moscato wine, pectin
