Raspberry Rhubarb wine jam

These fruits are hand picked from our backyard. If you love tart, this one is for you! We strain the raspberries to remove the seeds, but leave the rhubarb pulp. During the cooking process, we add a bit of Moscato wine. The alcohol boils off, but this process enhances the fruit flavors. This is what makes this jelly taste amazing!

Ingredients:  raspberries, rhubarb, sugar, Moscato wine, pectin
