Mary has been eagerly waiting to try her mom’s kuchen recipes she grew up with and make them gluten-free. Thanks to her Aunt Judy, we made some today and they taste fabulous!!! 
We made 3 varieties: peach, blueberry and cottage cheese. Believe it or not, I actually liked the cottage cheese one the best. Crazy!!! We also have rhubarb. All gluten-free!
